Prep Time: 15 minutes • Cook Time: 30 minutes • Serves: 10
Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken (I like to use rotisserie chicken for this!)
– 1 cup Old Home Plain Greek Yogurt
– 1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tbsp onion powder
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (freshly grated is best here as it will melt the best!)
Directions
1. Add shredded chicken, Old Home Plain Greek Yogurt, mayo, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes to a large bowl and mix until well combined
2. Pour this mixture into an 8×8 or 7×5 baking dish & top with mozzarella cheese
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins, then broil for 2 mins
4. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips and ENJOY!
