Prep Time: 30 minutes  •  Cook Time: 10 minutes  •  Serves: 2

Ingredients

8 slices thick cut bacon
½ cup brown sugar
Black pepper
1 loaf French bread
1 container Old home natural crunchy peanut butter
½ cup honey

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Lay out thick cut bacon on a rack with a lined sheet pan underneath.
Sprinkle bacon with brown sugar. Do not be shy with the sugar, you want to pile it up a little.
Next sprinkle with black pepper and then bake in the oven until crispy. Take out of the oven when cooked and let cool.
Cut the baguette into 5 inch lengths and then cut each piece in half.
Spread Old Home All Natural Peanut Butter on one side and top with 4 slices of candied bacon.
Drizzle with honey and put the two sides together.
Place the sandwich on a panini maker and close the lid. Let cook for approximately 4 minutes. Or until crispy and melty inside.
