Ingredients

1 + 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup Old Home Creamy Peanut Butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1 large cup mini marshmallows, frozen

Directions

1. Freeze marshmallows for at least 1 hour before using and keep them in the freezer until you are ready to add them to the recipe.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
5. In another mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
6. Next, add in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. You may need to scrape the bowl.
7. Add in dry ingredients and make sure everything is incorporated.
8. Add I cup of frozen marshmallows to the dough and give it a mix.
9. Using a cookie scoop, shape dough into balls and place a few inches apart on a prepared baking sheet.
10. Keep remaining cooking dough in the fridge until you are ready to bake with it.
11. Bake cookies for 11 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet. Serve them up or store in a Tupperware.
