Prep Time: 15 minutes  •  Cook Time: 30 minutes  •  Serves: 8

Ingredients

– 3 tbsp butter
– 1 onion, diced
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt & pepper
– 3 tbsp flour
– 2 cups milk
– 30 oz frozen hashbrowns
– 1, 8oz Old Home Sour Cream
– 8 oz + 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions

1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent (~3-5 mins)
2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Add flour and milk, mix and cook until the sauce is thick and creamy (~10 mins)
3. Add hashbrowns, Old Home Sour Cream, 8 oz cheddar cheese and cream sauce to a large bowl and mix until well combined
4. Pour into a large pan and spread evenly. Top with with 1 cup cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips
5. Bake at 350 for 30 mins and ENJOY
