Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas

1/2 cup creamy Old Home Peanut Butter, divided

1 1/2 cup whole milk, or milk of choice

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

3 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips plus more topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. In a large bowl mash bananas. Add milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and half the peanut butter. Whisk until combined. Add your oats, cocoa powder and salt. Mis until everything is combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a 13×9 greased baking dish. Drizzle with remaining peanut butter and an extra sprinkle of chocolate chips. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares. Eat warm or refrigerate. These could be eaten cold or heated for a warm breakfast.
