Ingredients
- 12 oz container Old Home Foods Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- Palm full of fresh torn parsley
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust salt, and add pepper (if desired).
- Transfer to an air tight container, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow flavors to come together.
- Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or bread.
