Ingredients

  • 12 oz container Old Home Foods Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • Palm full of fresh torn parsley
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste for seasoning and adjust salt, and add pepper (if desired).
  3. Transfer to an air tight container, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow flavors to come together.
  4. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or bread.
