Ingredients
4 medium Russett potatoes
avocado oil
salt & pepper

Directions
- Wash potatoes and coat with avocado oil.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the potato into thin slices. (careful not to cut through!)
- Using a small spatula, scoop chip dip and wedge it down into the cuts of the potato.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and wrap potatoes in sheets of tinfoil.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill potatoes over indirect heat for 45 minutes. Rotating occasionally.
- Top with a slice of butter and enjoy
