Ingredients

4 medium Russett potatoes

avocado oil

salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes and coat with avocado oil.
  2. Use a sharp knife to cut the potato into thin slices. (careful not to cut through!)
  3. Using a small spatula, scoop chip dip and wedge it down into the cuts of the potato.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and wrap potatoes in sheets of tinfoil.
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill potatoes over indirect heat for 45 minutes. Rotating occasionally.
  6. Top with a slice of butter and enjoy
